Sizing Help - which size will fit me?

Most styles are pretty much to fit except where specified and are available to view next to each product in UK, European and US format. To help you further, we have designed a 'fits' system which will guide you to the shape that is most likely to work best with the shape of your feet, see below:

The WIDER fit W
If you are one of many ladies with very wide feet, we would recommend these styles. Styles marked with the W symbol are especially suited for you. They have a specially designed wider shape, so there won’t be any uncomfortable bulging over the sides! If you have average size feet you can still wear these styles, but we recommend for you to choose a size down. If you have size UK9 or UK10 feet you may even fit into a size 8 shoe in these styles. Look for the W symbol.

The REGULAR fit R
A large choice of styles, anything highlighted with an R are suitable for most foot shapes. If you have narrow feet, you can still wear these styles, but we recommend for you to choose a size down. Look for the R symbol.

The SLIM fit S
For those with a more slender foot, styles with the S symbol should suit your foot shape perfectly. Offering a more elegant shape, these styles will also look great on regular foot shapes, but will provide a more elegant and slim line look. Not so suited to very wide feet. Look for the S symbol.

When purchasing flip flops, we would generally recommend unless you have wide feet, to choose a size smaller than your usual shoe size. For example if you take a shoe size 6/39/41, then you are likely to be a size 5/38/40 in flip flops.

If you find the size you have ordered is not correct, they may be returned for a different size within 14 days of purchase. You will not be charged for us sending out an alternative size. To arrange a return simply contact us.
