Shipping
All orders received before 12pm are usually shipped the same day except on weekends, Bank holidays or exceptional busy times.
For the United Kingdom we offer three delivery options during checkout:
- First Class Recorded delivery at £3.95 (Usually 1-2 day delivery, insured, but can take up to 7 days)
- Special Delivery at £6.95 (Next day guaranteed, insured)
Please note, your order must be placed before 12.30pm to have next day delivery.
For Recorded and Special Delivery, please give a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the goods. If you are not available to sign for your goods upon receipt, the goods will be held by your local sorting office, who will leave a card for you to collect them for 7 days.
For Europe, USA and worldwide shipments we offer three delivery options:
- Airsure from £8.95 (2-4 working days for delivery) includes online tracking and delivery confirmation.
- Royal Mail International Signed For from £9.95 (2-4 days for delivery) includes tracking in the UK to port, insurance, a signature is required)
- Fed Ex from £35 (Next day to most parts, or up to 3 days. Tracking with Fed Ex, insurance included, a signature is required)
For orders in Euros or Dollars, the price of goods and shipping are calculated at the current exchange rate through Worldpay's payment pages during checkout. All products are shown in UK Pounds Sterling.
Returns policy
If you find that the size you have ordered is incorrect, then we are happy to offer a refund or an exchange within 14 days for an alternative size, or style. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to refund any postage costs, but we will pay for redelivery costs of sending out correct sizes or alternative styles to you. We recommend you send any returns or exchanges by Royal Mail Recorded delivery, or obtain a proof of postage slip from your local Post Office.
Please ensure that all goods are in the same condition as purchased with all original tags and packaging.
After 14 days Funkyflipflops.com is happy to offer an exchange or site credit. Just fill out the Care/Exchange/Returns form which will be included with your original purchase. Fill this out, advising us what you would like us to do and send along with your purchase to the address below:

All refunds will be credited in the original form of payment. Returned items that may have been reduced by us from full price to sale price during the 14 days purchase period, will be refunded at the current sale price. We cannot refund items at the full price once they have been reduced to a sale price.
